- Entry, filming and submission questions are covered in the FAQ and the filming guide.
- Judging, aggregation, ties, publication and review timescales are set out in our standards.
- If your entry was eliminated, rejected or marked invalid, request a review from your entry in your dashboard rather than by email — it keeps the decision, evidence and outcome together on the record.
Junior competitors: please ask your parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf. We only correspond with the verified guardian on a junior account.
