Genuine entries only
Every submission must show the registered horse and the declared rider or handler. Entries taken from another competitor, downloaded from the internet, or depicting a different horse will be disqualified.

Online competition only works if the results mean something. These rules apply to every class we run.
AI-generated material is prohibited
AI-generated or AI-composited horses, riders, arenas or backgrounds are not permitted in any class. Every competitor must accept an AI declaration before their entry is submitted.
Editing limits
Cropping, straightening and modest exposure or colour correction are allowed. Removing or adding objects, altering conformation or movement, compositing, and beautification filters are not.
Horse welfare
Entries showing unsafe practice, harsh equipment, evident distress or lameness will be rejected. Welfare concerns are reviewed by the organisers and may be reported to the appropriate authority.
Judge independence
Judges are assigned to classes before entries open. Where a class uses more than one judge, judges score independently and cannot see each other's marks. Judges may not score entries from horses they own, train or coach.
Reporting and appeals
Suspected breaches can be reported to the organisers. Competitors may appeal a disqualification within 14 days of results publication; the organisers' final decision is published to the affected competitors.
